Gerry Rose – Banjo also Double bass. - Started playing jazz in his late teens on banjo. He took up the double bass a few years later and continues to play both instruments. In the 1970s he lived in Melbourne, Australia, and gigged with many bands, including the Yarra Yarra. He was back in England in 1980 and played bass on a number of occasions with groups led by Ken Colyer.
