George (Kid) Tidiman - Trombone and vocals – George is no newcomer to Colchester Jazz Club, he has been there almost from the start. In the 70’s he brought his New Era Jazz Band, always an exciting band, playing music of King Oliver and Jellyroll Morton. Now in his seventies, he is still providing great performances, surrounded by some of the top players currently playing is this country today.
