Band Info

Ron Rumbol – Clarinet and Alto Sax. Ron’s influences have been Johnny Dodds, George Lewis and Albert Nicholas. He joined his first band in 1958 with Keith Smith and was also with Biff Brunskiff for two years. He has been a member of the Excelsior New Orleans Brass Band for over twenty years and was a founder member of the Excelsior Vintage Jazz Band. He joined the Jazz Bandits in October 2002.
